How Eleanor Grace Dance collects, uses and looks after your information, and your child’s.

Eleanor Grace Dance is the data controller for the information described here. That means we decide what is collected and what happens to it.

Class registration and payment are handled on ClassForKids, not on this website. Uniform is sold by All Boogie, who are a separate business with their own privacy notice.
Most of our students are children. We collect the least we can, we do not use children’s information for marketing, and we do not create profiles or track children online. Where consent is needed for a child under 13, we ask the parent or guardian.
If you would like a photograph of your child removed from our website or social media, email us and we will take it down.
We use a small number of suppliers who process information on our behalf. They are only allowed to use it to provide their service to us.
Some of these suppliers are based outside the UK. Where information is transferred abroad, it is protected by the safeguards required under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
We will also share information where the law requires it, or where we have a safeguarding concern about a child. Child protection always comes before confidentiality.
We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.
Enquiries made through this website are not stored. When you send the enquiry or party form, the details are emailed to us. Once we have replied and been in touch, that email is deleted.

This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and sets no cookies of its own.
Because we set no cookies on arrival, there is no cookie banner to click through.
The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Form submissions are held in a password-protected account. Access to student records is limited to the people who need it to run classes, and our teaching team are briefed on confidentiality.
